Our building dates back to the early 14th century, in the heart of Weobley — a village renowned for its timber-framed houses. Behind the kitchen is our highly trained, award-winning chef Mr Salam, whose love of cooking began in his mother's kitchen and has been recognised in some of the finest restaurants.
