Order: 01642 250145The Massala has been serving Borough Road since 1984. The restaurant was founded by Mr Shamal Biswas, and today it is run by Mohammed Ripon, with manager Sajid Hussain — “Saj” — looking after the front of house.
Everything centres on the clay oven and the dish the house is known for: our signature Chicken Tikka Massala. Add tandoori grills, biryanis cooked dum-style and a menu of around 300 dishes, and there is something for every table.
